Shipping

Orders of $69 or more ship free (standard shipping) to the lower 48 United States.

For orders under $69, and for orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and other destinations, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Some items ship directly from our U.S. suppliers and may arrive in separate packages.

You will get an email with tracking when your shipping label is created.

Delivery times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.

CBD products ship only to destinations where they may be lawfully sold and delivered.

Returns

Before returning anything, email us with your order number and we will send return instructions.

CBD products, treats, and food cannot be returned once shipped, including unopened bags and bottles.

If we shipped the wrong item or your package arrived damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the label and the damage. We will replace or refund that shipment at no cost to you.

If you were charged twice, email us and we will refund the duplicate charge.
