Expedited Shipping:
We have expedited shipping options available for domestic orders on many products. Options may include Next Day, 2-day, and 3-day shipping options. Orders must be placed before 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, to receive guaranteed expedited delivery within the specified timeframe, provided the items are in stock. Expedited delivery orders received after 12 pm Eastern Time or on Friday/Saturday/Sunday normally ship the next business day.
Shipping Time:
Orders are normally shipped within 24 business hours of order placement. Please allow 5 – 7 business days for delivery.

Returns:
Eligibility and Timeframe
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or other proof of purchase.
Please note: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned. These include:
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
Intimate or sanitary goods
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Personal care items
Books, CDs, DVDs, video games, or vinyl records that have been opened
The Return Process
Contact Us: To start a return, email us at CustomerService@Pettz.com. Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
Ship It Back: Once we approve your return, we will provide you with the return shipping address. You are responsible for all shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Important: All refunds will have the original shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee deducted.
Partial Refunds: In certain situations, we may only offer a partial refund. This applies to items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company or bank. There is often a processing period before a refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at CustomerService@Pettz.com.
Sale Items Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at CustomerService@Pettz.com for instructions.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, a refund will be issued to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.
Refused Orders – If you decide to refuse receipt of an item when it is delivered by UPS, USPS, or any other common carrier, a credit will be issued for the item, minus shipping and a restocking charge of up to 20%.
